StudioNotes (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and the choices you have. Our goal is simple: we do not collect or access any personal data you store in the StudioNotes app.

By using StudioNotes, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

We do NOT:

• Collect or store the songs, recordings, releases, contacts, notes, or any other information you enter into the app
• Access your iCloud account or any data stored in your iCloud
• Track your identity, location, or behavior across apps
• Collect personal identifiers such as your name, email, phone number, or address unless you contact us directly
• Store any user-created content on our servers (we do not operate servers for StudioNotes data)

Everything you create in StudioNotes is stored only on your devices and in your personal iCloud account.

The only time we receive personal information is if you choose to contact us (for example, by email).
In that case, we will receive the information you voluntarily send (such as your name or email address).
We use this information solely to respond to you and do not share it with anyone.

You can request deletion of your emails or support history at any time.

StudioNotes uses Apple’s iCloud service to synchronize your app data between your devices.
All iCloud data is:

• Stored in your personal iCloud account
• Encrypted and managed entirely by Apple
• Not accessible to us in any way

We do not control, access, or transmit any of your data. Authentication with iCloud occurs securely and automatically through Apple’s systems.

StudioNotes uses Apple’s in-app purchase system (StoreKit).
All subscription processing—including billing, payment methods, purchase history, and refunds—is handled directly by Apple.

We do not receive or store any payment information, financial details, or App Store account data.

We may receive anonymous, aggregated information from Apple such as:

• Crash reports
• Basic usage statistics
• Device type and OS version

This data is provided by Apple through their developer tools and cannot be used to identify individual users.
We use it solely to improve app stability and performance.

StudioNotes does not knowingly collect or store personal information from children under the age of 13.
All app content is user-generated and stored only on the user’s iCloud account.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information through email, please contact us so we can delete it.

Your data is protected by Apple’s iCloud security infrastructure, including encryption in transit and at rest.
Because we do not store or access your content, we rely on Apple’s security measures to protect your information.

We recommend keeping your Apple ID secure and enabling two-factor authentication.

Because we do not collect or store data in our systems, the following apply:

• Your app data stays in your iCloud account until you delete it.
• You control all content you enter into StudioNotes.
• You may delete the app at any time to remove local data from your device.
• iCloud-stored data can be managed through your Apple ID settings.

If you have emailed us and wish to delete that communication, contact us and we will remove it.

StudioNotes uses the following Apple services:

• iCloud (data sync)
• StoreKit (subscriptions and purchases)
• Apple Developer analytics (anonymous crash logs and usage data)
• GoDaddy (website)

StudioNotes does not integrate with any third-party advertising networks, analytics platforms, or data brokers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
If we make significant changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above.
